Is Marioni wine Natural Wine?
Marioni Wine was born out of the Northern California natural wine movement, and many of the wines fit within that framework. In some cases, decisions are made that place a wine outside of a strict definition. In some cases, only an absolutely minimal amount of SO2 is added to the wine after primary and malolactic fermentations have finished. The priority is the vineyard and how the wine holds over time.
