2021 Dog Fight Pet Nat is the O'Connor vineyard, picked all together and made into one pet nat. There are a couple rows of chardonnay as well. These are picked at the same time, but the pinot is direct pressed fully onto the chardonnay skins and let alone to macerate for about a week.
