Winemaker Notes
Sunfisher was made to test how much acid and fruit we could cram into a wine. This was about 200 lbs of whole SB clusters tossed into a stainless tank, and filled to the brim with direct pressed juice. It was not touched until bottling.
Food Pairing Notes
Oysters, calamari, shrimp louie, beets and chevre
